Welcome, and thank you for visiting Well Beings.
Hi everyone, I'm Linda Cleary and I run Well Beings offering holistic therapies for women's wellness with Reflexology, Ayurvedic Facial, Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD), Earthing & Balancing, and also Solestry.
I work from a lovely treatment room at Penzance Natural Health Centre - a friendly and long standing natural health centre with many professional practitioners offering various therapies.
I am fully trained with an iTEC Diploma in Reflexology, RLD Approved Practitioner certificate, Tri-Dosha Certificate in Advanced Ayurvedic Facial and an iTEC Diploma in Anatomy & Physiology. I am also a member of the Association of Reflexologists, on the official RLD register as an approved practitioner, fully insured and on the NHS register for Reflexologists.
I am here to help you restore and revive with professional treatments, delivered with individual focus. Client comfort and care is at the forefront of all I do.
Many thanks and I'm looking forward to treating you!
Reflexology is a healing technique that involves massaging certain points on the feet, hands, and ears, called reflex points, to activate related organs and systems in the body, leading to healing, relaxation, and better health.
The session will begin with a skincare analysis to determine your Ayurevdic type and you will then enjoy a wonderfully relaxing Ayurvedic holistic facial massage, using natural, cruelty free, vegan friendly Ayurvedic Tri-Dosha products.
Earthing & Balancing Treatment with the support of an earthing mat and reflex point work on the endocrine system and vagus nerve for deep rest and balancing the body, mind and emotions
Reflexology Lymph Drainage, often known in its short form as RLD, is a proven supportive treatment pioneered and taught by Sally Kay.
I am honoured to be an approved RLD practitioner and on the official RLD register, offering this treatment in Penzance, Cornwall.
Solestry
Foot reading, or solestry, is not divination but a fascinating and interesting extension of reflexology. Please note I do not give a foot reading within a reflexology session - this is an additional practice that can be added on or given by itself.

I am based at Penzance Natural Health Centre, a long standing, friendly and professional centre in the heart of Penzance, Cornwall. My treatment room is on the ground floor and has a comfortable couch. The centre has a reception, waiting area and bathroom and I provide clients with filtered drinking water in the treatment room. Bookings are available several days a week, every week (the room is booked upon enquiry).
You've had your well-being session and hopefully you are feeling super relaxed!
After a reflexology based treatment - whether standard Reflexology, Reflexology Lymph Drainage or within the Earthing & Balancing treatment, because the therapy works on the entire body and emotional system via the foot body map, some people experience a slight but temporary flare up of symptoms or feel very tired - this is due to the toxins leaving your body and is nothing to be alarmed about. However, some people feel immediately energised and light! It's all individual. The most important thing is to honour the process and allow yourself time to rest.
After an Ayurvedic Facial, as this treatment has worked on marma points on your face which correspond to key connective points of the body system and emotions/consciousness, you also need to practise good self care to maximise the benefits of the treatment.
Read After Your Treatment for some recommendations on how you can optimise the benefits of your treatment.
Gift vouchers are a perfect gift at any time and your loved one, friend or colleague can have up to six months to redeem the voucher.
You can buy a gift voucher to:
- cover the whole of 1 x treatment
- or a course of treatments
- or part payment towards a treatment
Contact me to purchase and I'll send you a personalised digital gift voucher which can either be printed or shown on the phone at the time of treatment. I can also leave printed gift vouchers for local pick up at Penzance Natural Health Centre.
Choose either a Reflexology, Ayurvedic Facial, Reflexology Lymph Drainage, or Earthing & Balancing treatment - or just put a price and let your giftee decide.
I'm looking forward to treating you and your loved ones.
Payment
I do not have a card machine; so payment is either in cash on the day or by a BACS payment (bank transfer - bank details given upon request). If by BACS I ask for this at least 48 hrs prior to your session so that I can see the payment in my bank account and confirm.
Cancellation
Please note I am a micro-business and I book the treatment space upon receiving booking requests. I make payment for the hire of the treatment space and if a client is a 'no show' or cancels very close to the session time I still have to pay the room booking fee and I have no time to offer to another client who may have been able to take that spot.
Therefore, please give me at least 48 hrs notice of any cancellation, or if you wish to move the booking to another date/time.
Of course 'life happens' and it may be that you have genuine circumstances which prevent you from attending your session on the day. Otherwise for late cancellations (under 48 hrs notice) I request half the payment to cover my room booking fee and lost time.
Refunds
I do not offer refunds for any treatments that have been provided and completed.
Referring Clients On
As a professional therapist the client's best interest's are always paramount and occasionally I may recommend that instead of receiving any treatment with me, or any continued treatment with me, you seek support with another type of therapy or see a different provider. If I do recommend this then I will always try to supply you with a few links to help you.
Many thanks and I look forward to treating you.
As a professional therapist who is insured and regulated, in order to give professional treatments, I will need to ask for, and keep, information about your health. I will only use this for informing treatments and any advice I give as a result of your treatment.
Please read my Privacy Policy, which explains the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and how I apply it.
